1. Macro equipment:
In view of the control requirements of different loads, Schneider inverters have talked about the macro equipment in advance and the initial function of the I/O terminals.
Changes to the macro rig can be corrected under the Abbreviated Boot Menu.
If required, it is also possible to re-equip the terminal separately, and the macro equipment at this time is customized for the user.
2. Set the motor nameplate data
In the "Brief Settings" or "Motor Control" menus, set the name plate data about the motor: rated voltage, rated frequency, rated current, rated speed, power factor, etc.
3. Motor self-tuning (self-learning)
After setting the motor nameplate data, the motor can be self-tuning (self-learning).
The detailed operation is as follows: enter the "Brief Settings" or "Motor Operation" menu, enter the self-tuning (tUn) parameter, select "Request Self-tuning (YES)", press the "ENT" button, and the inverter will actively self-tune the motor. If the self-tuning is successful, the screen will show "Resistance tuned (done)", otherwise it will show "no".
Note that self-tuning should be performed without command activation.
4. Set maintenance parameters
Set various maintenance parameters, such as the CLI current limiting parameter in the Motor Control menu
Attention to demand: When the power of the inverter does not match the power of the motor, we should pay more attention to the parameters related to maintenance to avoid improper maintenance and damage to the equipment.
5. According to the control requirements, the logical terminal is spoken
The functions of the I/O terminals have already been assigned at the time of macro equippment. When these devices are not satisfactory to the control requirements, the boundary of the corresponding terminal can be changed in the I/O menu (display I_O).
The I/O terminals can be used for various purposes, please refer to the ATV61 User Manual for details.
6. Set general parameters according to process or load requirements
According to the detailed application situation, the parameters that need to be set are generally in the "Brief Settings" menu or "Settings" menu, such as: acceleration time ACC, deceleration time DEC, low-speed frequency LSP, high-speed frequency HSP, etc.
Please refer to the ATV61 user manual for detailed parameters.
7. Test operation, adjust the control parameters of the inverter according to the operation status
After the above settings are completed, the inverter can be started for test operation.
When the initial operation is short, the time should be short, and the direction of rotation of the motor should be checked.
If the motor is not steering correctly, the PHr parameters can be corrected in the "Brief Settings" menu or the "Motor Operation" menu.
According to the load operation status, other parameters are adjusted in a targeted manner.
