1.1 Before the motor starts

1.2 After the motor is connected to the power supply
Check whether there are any abnormal conditions, such as the motor cannot start, starts slowly, and there is abnormal sound. During the start-up process, you only need to find abnormal phenomena and immediately block the power supply shutdown for viewing. There shall be no other personnel standing near the transmission part of the motor or the two sides of the dragging equipment, so as to avoid the injury accident caused by the flying of rotating objects. The number of successive motor starts should not exceed 3-5 times to avoid overheating of the starting equipment and motor.
1.3 During the trial operation of the motor
Pay attention to check whether the rolling of the motor is sensitive, whether there is noise, and whether the rotation direction is correct; whether the power supply voltage is normal and whether the current exceeds the rated current; Check the motor shell with a voltage detector to see if there is leakage and poor grounding; Check whether there is any abnormality in the operation of the equipment driven by the motor; If there is any abnormal situation, stop it immediately, check it and then start operation.
2. Precautions during the trial operation of the motor
2.1 In order to ensure the normal operation of the motor
It is necessary to pay attention to the cleaning of the motor, especially the terminal part of the motor, but also not to neglect the cleaning of the surface of the winding. Under normal circumstances, there can be no water droplets, oil stains and sundries on the surface of the motor, and no sundries and water droplets are allowed to enter the inside of the motor, otherwise it will leave hidden dangers to the operation of the equipment. When using the motor, it is necessary to carry out regular maintenance, clean the inside of the motor in time, and replace the lubricating oil in time. In the process of motor trial operation, it is necessary to pay attention to the air inlet at any time, and there can be no other debris around it, so as to avoid dust or water stains from being sucked into the inside of the motor, which is very simple to form the damage of the wire insulation layer, causing an inter-turn short circuit, resulting in the increase of current and the incineration of the motor. Therefore, in the operation of the motor, it is necessary to ensure that it has a satisfactory insulation resistance, and also to ensure its outstanding ventilation and cooling environment, as long as it is fully prepared for prevention, it can ensure that the motor has a safe and stable operating state in long-term operation, and achieves a better operation.
2.2 The problem of motor overload operation
The primary reason is a series of reasons such as excessive drag load, perhaps too low voltage, or mechanical jamming by the drive. If the motor overload operation time is too long, the motor will absorb a large amount of active power from the power grid, resulting in a sharp increase in current, the temperature of the motor will also rise, operating at high temperature, the motor simply forms an insulating part of the aging and fails, resulting in the incineration of the motor.
