(6) When choosing the external communication control terminal control, it is recommended to use the shielded twisted pair, and the shielding layer on the inverter side is grounded (PE), if the interference is very serious, it is recommended to connect the shielding layer to the control power ground (GND). Regarding the RS232 communication mode, pay attention to the control line as much as possible not to exceed 15m, if it is to be lengthened, it is necessary to reduce the communication baud rate, at about 100m, the baud rate that can communicate normally is less than 600bps. Regarding RS485 communication, it is also necessary to consider the terminal matching resistor, etc. Regarding the high-speed control system of the fieldbus, it is necessary to choose a special cable for the communication cable and choose a multi-point grounding method to improve the reliability.
