Digital fiber optic sensors convert measured objects into measurable optical signal sensors. The principle of operation is to send the incident beam of the light source to the modulator through the optical fiber, and interact with the internal and external measurement parameters of the modulator to form a dimmable signal. How do digital fiber optic sensors work and what do they do?
1. How to use digital optical fiber sensors
1.SET button, which can be used to set sensitivity. The basic principle of the sensor is to use a fiber optic probe to sense the refractive index of different media, then obtain a digital signal, display it on the screen of a mobile phone, and send a switching value by comparing the displayed value with the set sensitivity value. 2. Indicator light, when the sensor has signal output, the light exhibition becomes bright or dark
2. "Set Sensitivity Value" will appear green on the phone screen to show the currently set sensitivity value. When the value collected by the probe becomes that value, the sensor constitutes a signal.
Second, the role of digital fiber optic sensors
1. Measurement of water volume and density
The transmission power of a U-shaped fiber varies with the refractive index of the external medium. As an information carrier, the light wave matches the positive charge rate of the mixed fluid, and the flow pattern is independent of the water quality. Based on this principle, fiber density sensors fundamentally solve the problems of high water content, no resolution, and the use of radioactive materials. For countless multiphase fluids, the refractive index of water and gas is different, so the refractive index of the mixed fluid will change with the share of oil, water and gas. Therefore, this refractive index modulated fiber optic sensor can not only measure the persistence of the fluid, but also measure the density of the fluid, with high accuracy.
2. Acoustic measurement
Seismic waves propagate in different mediums and receive different seismic waveforms. According to different seismic waveforms, it can identify the formation accumulation sequence and accumulation structure, locate the reservoir, identify the honeypot, detect casing damage and cracks, and confirm the perforation horizon and fluid activity.
How do digital fiber optic sensors work and what do they do? The three-weight seismic measurement of underground optical fiber has high sensitivity and directionality, and can produce high-precision spatial pictures. It can provide not only a picture of the near wellbore, but also a picture of the strata around the wellbore, measuring thousands of kilometers. It withstands environmental conditions, has no moving parts and non-substructure electronics, is impact-strong, has zero motion, and can be installed in complex, non-string spaces.

Precautions for the use of gas flow meters - Autonex
1. When the working conditions of the exterior are changed (such as changing the medium, changing the ambient temperature, etc.), the zero position of the exterior should be adjusted from the beginning. At the same time, the outer surface of the catheter must be leveled and calibrated with a spirit level. Failure to do so will increase the effect of the change in operating conditions on the zero drift. Rack ...

Strain characteristics of pressure sensors
When measuring the strain of an element, the strain gauge can be directly glued to the component, but if you want to measure the force, pressure, acceleration and other signals, these physical quantities must first be converted into strain, and then measured with a strain gage, and the conversion process is more than when measuring directly. The first step in completing this transformation process ...
