The stability of a pressure sensor is affected by many factors, the most critical of which is the range of the pressure sensor. In order to select the correct pressure range and confirm the peak pressure measurement of the system equipment, the medium pressure sensor that is 1.5 times larger than the peak value should generally be selected. This is due to the need to take into account the irregular shaking of the peaks that occur when the liquid medium is hit by pressure to avoid damage to the instrument.
The stability of the pressure sensor is also affected by the environment in which it is used. Select the appropriate sensor according to the application environment, and take corresponding measures in the process of operation to minimize the impact on the environment.
Repeated experiments during the production process will reduce the impact of various factors on the stability of the sensor, and the stability performance achieved in the laboratory is generally emphasized in the product data. Since zero point and sensitivity are the most important influencing factors, more attention is generally paid to the easily recognizable zero drift when adjusting.
When the quantitative value of the pressure sensor exceeds its service life, it should be calibrated again to confirm that the performance of the sensor has changed. It is advocated to calibrate once a year, calibration can restore the drift that occurs at any time to the initial accurate value, and to ensure the stability of the pressure sensor, attention should also be paid to its installation and maintenance, as they will directly affect the application and service life of the pressure sensor.
In general, the damage of the pressure sensor is due to the improper position of the device, if the sensor is forcibly installed in the small hole or irregular hole, the oscillation membrane of the sensor may be damaged, and the selection of the appropriate tool processing device hole is conducive to the size of the control device hole.
