The load cell can be wired in two different ways with input and output:
One is the four-wire connection method
The load cell of the four-wire connection method has no special requirements for the secondary instrument panel, and it is very fast to use, but when the cable is long, it is very easy to be affected by factors such as the working temperature;
The other is the six-wire connection method
The load cell rules of the six-wire connection method and the secondary instrument panel assigned to it have a reverberation input socket, and the use specification has certain constraints, but it is not easy to be shaken by factors such as the working temperature, and has certain advantages in high-precision and accurate measurement and long-distance accurate measurement.
How to wire in two ways:
The first clear display on the sensor socket of the switching power supply positive, switching power supply negative, positive response, negative response, positive data signal, negative data signal. If it is a 6-wire transmitter, the two groups of wires with very small sensor resistors are the switching power supply and the positive response; After receiving the display screen, the sensor is loaded, and the current value (millivolts) of the other two wires is accurately measured, and the display data signal is positive, and the display data signal is negative; If it is a four-wire value, the switching power supply of the display screen must be positively wired with the repercussions, the negative and negative repercussions of the switching power supply, and the four wires of the sensor should be measured with a multimeter, and the two with larger resistance values between them are the switching power supplies, and the other two are data signals;
According to the origin of the sensor, it can be distinguished by the color of the wire, we generally are red for the switching power supply positive, black for the switching power supply negative, yellow for the data signal positive, white for the data signal negative.

Strengths of Autonex photoelectric sensors
1. Long detection interval. By retaining an inspection interval of more than 10 m in the through-beam model, other inspection methods can be accomplished.
2. Less detection of objects. Because the detection of shading and reflection caused by the object is the detection principle, it is not like the proximity sensor to limit the detection of the object to the metal ...

Introduction to the principle of temperature controller - Autonix
The temperature controller is an electrical switchgear that controls the temperature of an air-conditioned room. The temperature scale in the air-conditioned room controlled by the temperature controller is generally 18°C--28°C. The temperature controller commonly used in window air conditioners uses the principle of pressure effect to promote the opening and closing of contacts. Its structure consists of bellows ...

The working principle of Autonex photoelectric switches
1. After the modulation pulse generated by the vibration circuit passes through the reflection circuit, the digital integration photoelectric switch or RC integration method is used to eliminate the disturbance, and finally the driver is triggered by a delay (or no delay) to output the photoelectric switch control signal.
2. Use optical elements to make the beam in the middle of the propagation medium.
