Industrial robots are multi-degree of freedom machinery and equipment, can actively perform work, according to their own power and control ability to complete various functions, by the mechanical part, sensing part, control part and other three parts, these three parts and dividends six subsystems. They are:

Drive system: to each joint, that is, each degree of freedom of movement, to settle the transmission equipment, so that the robot can move.

Mechanical structure system: It is composed of three parts: the fuselage, the arm and the end operator. Each large piece has a number of degrees of freedom, constituting a mechanical system with multiple degrees of freedom. The arm generally consists of an upper arm, a lower arm, and a wrist. The end operator is an important part that is mounted directly on the wrist, which can be used for two-finger or multi-finger claws, as well as for paint guns, welding guns, etc.

Sensing system: Obtaining meaningful information about the state of the internal and external environment has improved the mobility, adaptability and intelligence of robots.

Robot-environment interaction system: complete the system of communication and coordination between the robot and the equipment in the external environment.

Human-computer interaction system: equipment for humans to communicate with robots and participate in robot control.

Control system: According to the operation instruction program of the robot and the signal fed back from the sensor, the actuator of the robot is assigned to complete the movement and function of the rules.
