A common method used in Kawasaki robot programming

There are two common programming methods, teaching programming and offline programming. Among them, the teaching programming method includes teaching, editing and trajectory reproduction, which can be realized through two ways: teaching box teaching and supporting teaching. Because the teaching method is practical and easy to operate, most robots adopt this method. The offline programming method is to use the effect of computer graphics, establish a few models with the help of graphics processing tools, and obtain the operation planning trajectory through some planning algorithms. Unlike teach-in programming, offline programming does not have a relationship with the robot, and the robot can work as usual during the programming process.

Common Robot Programming Instructions:

List directives

DIRECTORY Command: The function of this command is to display all user program names in memory.

LISTL command: The function is to display arbitrary values of azimuth variables.

LISTP Command: The function is to display all the programs that arbitrarily individual users.

Storage instructions

FORMAT directive: Fulfills disk formatting.

STOREP directive: The function is to store a specified program in a specified disk file.

STOREL Command: This command stores all the directional variable names and variable values indicated in the user program.

LISTF Command: The function of the command is to display the file directory currently entered in the floppy disk.
