1 Common gear reducer

Common gear reducers are very common in the customer's mechanical drive process in the factory. It uses two gears of two similar shaft devices to accomplish the mission of transmitting power and deceleration. This type of reducer has a lever and cam as well as some ball bearings.

Common gear reducers can supply a wide range of different reduction ratios and then supply the appropriate rotational speed for a wide range of machines, vehicles and equipment. They are simple to maintain and have a long service life.

2 Planetary reducers

A planetary reducer is a reducer structure that is generally used to cope with the needs of high torque and low speed output. It consists of a circular gear (the sun gear) and several gears that rotate around it (planetary gear). In this system, the input shaft rotates the sun gear, and the planetary wheel slides between the sun gear and the fixed support, which then changes the speed and torque of the output shaft.

For applications that require high torque and low speed output, planetary gearboxes are a great solution. It has high durability and reliability.

3 Bevel gear reducer

Bevel gear reducers generally use right-angle transmission to accomplish high torque requirements. It consists of two axes that intersect at right angles. In the meantime, a drive gear is installed on one shaft for rolling one of the two bevel gears. The other side of each bevel gear engages with the output shaft, which then fulfills the mission of rolling the output shaft. Bevel gear units have very high reliability and durability and operate under very high loads.

4 Spiral bevel gear reducer

Spiral bevel gear reducer is a messy reducer structure, which is composed of bevel gears, helical gears, matching shafts and couplings. If you need to output more torque in high load and low speed environment, then this reducer will be a good choice. In addition, because of its messy structure, spiral bevel gear reducers generally have a higher cost.
