Routine check-ups

1. The body is clean

According to the on-site work, the robot body is dusted and cleaned.

2. The body and 6-axis tool end are fixed and inspected

Check whether the body and tools are well fixed.

4. Cable condition check

Check the use and wear of robot signal cables, power cables, user cables, and body cables.

5. Enclosure state inspection

Check whether the shell of the body is damaged or missing.

Functional measurements

1. Motor operation inspection

Confirm whether the motor rotates normally by manual operation, check whether the motor temperature is normal after a period of operation, or if necessary, confirm the temperature of the motor during operation with infrared temperature***, and compare whether the motor of each axis is consistent by numerical values.

2. Noise check

The noise detector is used to check whether there is any abnormality in the manual operation of the motor or reducer, so as a standard to check the condition of the components.

3. Timing belt inspection

The timing belts of each axis inside the robot body confirm that there are no tooth defects and significant wear

4. Repeatability check

Confirm that the repeatability of the robot is normal by using a dial gauge. (if necessary)

5. Mechanical zero measurement

Detects if there is any deviation in the current zero position of the robot.

6. Motor brake status check

Detect and open the motor brake, and test the motor brake function of each axis.

1. Replacement of oil products

The reducer of each axis of the robot reducers replaces the oil as needed.

2. Robot power conversion board inspection and battery replacement

Check whether the inside of the controller board is normal, and replace the encoder to back up the battery.

3. Controller maintenance

Routine check-ups

1. Controller cleaning

Clean the appearance of the robot control cabinet and dust the inside of the control cabinet.

2. Check all parts of the controller

Check the fastening status of all parts in the control cabinet, whether the connector part is not loose, unplugged, dirty, and inserted normally.

3. Teach pendant cleaning

Cleaning and sorting of teach pendants and cables.

4. Board status

Check the status of each circuit board in the controller, whether the signal light of the controller is normal, and whether the cooling fan for the controller is running.

5. Check the internal cable of the controller

All cable plugs in the control cabinet are securely connected and the cables are neat.

Controller measurements

1. Power supply voltage measurement

Measure the incoming voltage, driving voltage, and power module voltage of the robot, and sample the waveform of each voltage through the oscilloscope, so as to analyze the voltage as a whole. (Off-site testing)

2. Safety loop detection

Check whether the safety loop fuse status is normal

3. Teach pendant function detection

Detect the validity of all keys, whether the emergency stop loop is normal, and test the touch screen and display function

4. System time check side

Detect the running time of the robot and the configuration of the internal clock

5. System backup and import detection

Check whether the bot can complete the program backup and re-import functions normally

6. Storage space detection

Confirm the robot controller storage space

7. Humidity check

The control cabinet and the ambient humidity are checked to ensure that the robot operates within the permitted scale.
