3) Fixing bolt viewing
It is necessary to keep the fastening bolts and fixing clips that fix the robot on the foundation clean and not come into contact with corrosive liquids such as water, acid and alkali solutions. This prevents fasteners to the garment; If the anti-corrosion maintenance layer, such as galvanized or paint, is damaged, the parts should be cleaned and coated with anti-corrosion coatings.
4) System lubrication and oiling
Ensure that the robot and related systems are closed and locked, squeeze a small amount (1 gram) of grease into each grease nozzle, lubricate the grease nozzle of the auxiliary gear and the grease nozzle of each gear one by one, and do not inject too much to avoid damaging the seal.
