Multi-function trainer with hand-held approach with two-tier safety switch
Grasp the multi-function trainer with both hands to operate. To ensure safety, there are two levels of safety switches on the multi-function trainer. It is necessary to firmly grasp the control panel (which also functions as a motor SW) in order to perform precise operation.
When manually operating the robot using a multi-function trainer, if the normal operation cannot be carried out due to the sudden loss of self-control or the death of the operator, the two-layer safety switch can automatically and safely stop the robot operation. In the unfortunate event that the operator is in this situation, the force of pressing the two-layer safety switch may become weak or excessive.
The two-tier safety switch is planned as a 3-position switch in order to identify the following 3 operating conditions.
1) When the pressure is not pressed or the pressure is weak→ switch OFF
2) When the pressure is normal→ switch ON
3) When the pressure is too high, → switch OFF
Except when the ON is switched on and off, the robot stops and cannot be operated.
In order to ensure safety, the control panel was planned for safety, for example, in manual mode, it was necessary to press two layers of safety switches and move the arrow keys at the same time to make the robot move.
When the components of the multi-function trainer are powered on to the controller, the following basic screen is displayed in the multi-function recorder.
(1) Form switch switch
It is used to switch between the operation mode (automatic mode, manual mode, lesson viewing mode).
(2) Scroll the knob
It is easy to adjust the value.
(3) Status column
The operation form and status of the robot can be displayed at any time.
(4) Touch screen
The LCD screen of the multi-function trainer is also a touchscreen. Button and number displayed on the screen
According to the input field, it can be operated and selected by directly touching the screen.
Note: Please touch the screen with your finger. Touching with a sharp object such as a pen tip can cause the LCD to malfunction.
(5) Move the arrow keys
Manually make the robot move in the specified direction. It is necessary to press both layers of safety switches at the same time.
(6) Function keys
Under normal circumstances, the screen is displayed. The F1-F6 function keys are displayed. Press the SHIFT key as needed to screen
It will switch to F7 - F12 function key.
(7) Cursor key
Move the cursor on the display screen and input screen.
