Robot safety features can help improve worker safety and allow for tighter collaboration.

Can cobots keep pace with traditional robots?

It depends on the stage of collaboration and the collaborative nature of the application. Regardless of the type of robot it is, if it is around a human, it must operate at a speed that is safe for the operator. Essentially, cobots aren't very powerful.
