The fault phenomenon is the alarm CPF06 after power-on, which cannot be reset.

The explanation for the CPF06 fault reported by Yaskawa V1000 inverter is: EEPROM data is abnormal. Faults can be confirmed by restarting the inverter or performing initialization (A1-03=2220), but if the fault recurs, the most common phenomenon is that the control loop is damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced.

1. First of all, check the internal rectifier module and inverter module of the inverter, and measure the characteristics of the diode, and find all the proofs.

2. Then the inverter will be powered, and the fault indicator light of the operation panel will be lit, and the alarm code CPF06 will be displayed. Pressing "RESET" fails to reset the fault.

3. Restart the inverter and initialize the parameters, and still alarm CPF06. Therefore, it can be basically judged that the EEPROM chip and peripheral circuits are faulty.

4. Yaskawa V1000 inverter EEPROM chip is located in the terminal strip card, replace the relevant board card for power-on test, and find that the fault indicator light is not lit after power-on, but the panel still has an alarm CPF06, this is because the new terminal board needs to be initialized.

5. After the frequency converter is initialized, the fault is eliminated and the fault is confirmed to be caused by the EEPROM chip.

6. After repair, with load test, it runs normally.
