2. Control signal failure: If the servo drive cannot receive the control signal, the motor cannot work properly. The solution is to check the control circuit, confirm that the control signal is stable and correct, and if the controller needs to be replaced, select the appropriate controller.

3. Fault code prompt: The servo driver has the function of self-test and fault prompt, if the servo driver fails, the corresponding fault code will be displayed on the LED screen. The solution is to consult the user manual of the servo drive, find the meaning of the corresponding fault code, and take corresponding maintenance measures.

4. Motor overheating: If the motor runs for a long time, it will cause the motor temperature to rise, and if the temperature is too high, it will cause the motor to not work properly. The solution is to check that the motor radiator is working properly, and if necessary, add a fan or cooler and other heat dissipation equipment.

5. Motor rotor failure: Motor rotor failure will cause the motor to not work properly, the solution is to check the status of the motor rotor, if there is damage, the motor rotor needs to be replaced.
