3. "Set the motor parameters according to the motor nameplate": check the motor nameplate on the motor body.

4. "Jog operation to confirm whether the motor rotation direction is correct": in the process of this operation, you must pay attention to whether the load carried by the motor interferes or collides when the motor is running, and the low-speed operation test can be used in the process of running and starting.

5. "Set the inverter to self-learning mode": Some inverters do not support self-learning mode, and the operating parameters of such inverters need to be set one by one. Of course, most of the inverters on the market support self-learning, which greatly liberates our industrial controllers from complicated parameters.

6. "Start learning to match the motor operation": As with the previous jog operation, you must pay attention to whether the load can run forward and backward. At the same time, it should be noted that in the self-learning mode, the motor will rotate rapidly, so be careful.

7. "After the operation is completed, set the operation command channel": through self-learning, you can quickly set the operating parameters of the inverter. At the same time, it is also necessary to manually set the control command source channel for the inverter to run, such as IO terminals, analog ports, network communication, etc.
