Pilz safety relays generally consist of an iron core, a coil, an armature, a contact reed, etc. As long as a certain voltage is added to both ends of the coil, a certain current will flow through the coil, resulting in an electromagnetic effect. Under the action of electromagnetic attraction, the armature overcomes the tensile force of the return spring and sucks into the core, thereby driving the armature's dynamic and static contacts (normally open) contacts to suck in. When the coil is de-energized, the electromagnetic force of attraction disappears and the armature returns to its original position under the reaction force of the spring, releasing the moving and static contacts (normally closed contacts). In this way, the inhalation is released, so as to achieve the purpose of conduction and cut-off in the circuit. For the normally open and normally closed contacts of the relay, they can be distinguished as the static contacts that are in the open state when the relay coil is not energized, which is called the normally open contact; Static contacts in the ON state are called normally closed contacts
In the event of an emergency stop, the machine cannot be started suddenly.
If the machine's safety circuit fails, the machine's power supply can be stopped.
When the safety circuit fails, the machine cannot be restarted.
Working characteristics of Pilz safety relays:
As a control element, the relay has four characteristics: the working principle and technical parameters of the Pilz safety relay.
Expand your control. For example, when the control signal of a multi-contact relay reaches a certain value, multiple circuits can be replaced, cut off, and connected according to the different forms of the contact group.
Magnify. Intermediate relays, for example, only require a small amount of control to control high-power circuits.
Composite signals. For example, when multiple control signals are input into a multi-winding relay in a specified form, it is more comprehensive to achieve a predetermined control effect.
Automation, remote control, monitoring. For example, the relays on automation equipment, together with other electrical appliances, can form a program control line to achieve automatic operation. The working principle and technical parameters of safety relays.

Peel magnetic relay - the cause and solution of the fault of the high voltage relay
1. Some common faults of high-voltage relay coils
1. The common fault cause of the coil is often disconnected: whether the ultrasonic wave is used to clean the high-voltage relay, or whether the overvoltage is added to the coil will also promote the probability of the coil being disconnected.

The Pilz automation system PSS 4000 assists in railway braking tests
The technology and business of rail freight have remained the same for decades. Until now, in order to test the brakes of freight trains, the crew would walk around the entire train and hit each axle with a special hammer to check the proper operation of the braking system. Rail transport systems in Austria ...
