Wiring method for Pilz safety relays

Power supply:

AC: Terminals A1 and A2 are connected to the power supply, and the ground wire is connected to the protective ground.

DC: A2 is connected to the ground terminal of the power supply.

Start-up loop:

Auto-start: S13-S14 shorted.

Manually monitored startup mode: S33-S34 connection button. (S13-S14 Keep Off)

Input Loop:

Single-channel input: short S21-S22 and S31-S32, and the input signal of the normally closed contact is connected to S11-S12.

Dual-channel input: S11-S12 is shorted, and the input signal of the NC contact is connected to S21-S22 and S31-S32.

Feedback loop: External protection is connected in series to the start-up loop S13-S14, S33-S34.

The 24V power supply of the transistor output: +24V is connected to Y31, 0V is connected to B2, in addition, 0V of the SPS is also connected to B2.

The relay is in the state of operation readiness, the safety contact is closed, the auxiliary contact 41-42 is disconnected, and the indicator lights "CH.1" and "CH.2" of channel 1 and channel 2 are on. If the input circuit is disconnected, the safety contacts 13-14/23-24/33-34/ are also disconnected, the auxiliary contacts 41-42 are closed, and the status indicator is off.

Reboot:

Input loop closure;

In the state of manual with monitored start, press the start button between S33 and S34. The status indicator lights up and the relay restarts.
