1. Physical location of the installation – "out of reach or out of sight"
Consider installing components in a place that cannot be reached by humans, or directly outside the interlock switch as a protective cover to prevent removal or movement, as shown in the figure, whether it is a mechanical interlock on the left or a non-contact interlock on the right, there is an opportunity to prevent shielding through the protective cover.
2. Installation physical location – "out of sight"
The interlock switch itself is mounted directly and discreetly, making it difficult to easily identify and remove.
3. Its own anti-shielding ability - "high coding level"
Is it possible to improve the anti-shielding capability through the safety gate switch components themselves?
The general mechanical deadbolt triggered switch, ordinary magnetic switch, hinge switch, are all low coding level, the operating head can have 1-9 different coding changes, and for high coding level, can achieve more than 1000 different coding changes, such as the PSENcode series of unique coding type switches, the control head only with the corresponding switch body induction identification.
If you need to deal with high-risk situations, you can choose a switch with a high code level. If it is still necessary to use switches with medium and low code levels in high-risk situations, additional protection measures are required.
Additional measures for the safety switch to prevent shielding
In addition to the previously mentioned measures to minimize the likelihood of discarded interlocks by selecting the switch mounting position and the switch coding level, the selection of non-removable fasteners or fastening measures is also one of the ways to consider. For example, cover or permanent fasteners (e.g. welding, adhesive, one-way screws, rivets) for protection.
Of course, the selection of the appropriate safety controller can also take on the task of preventing shielding in some cases, such as embedding some state tests in the logic, periodic tests, and stopping the dangerous movement of the starting machine once the monitoring finds an abnormality.

How to match the user's drive circuit with the input characteristics of the solid state relay
Generally speaking, the input control voltage of the solid state relay is 3.2-32V. The control current is 5-30mA.Usually the SSR input circuit of 1-2 is not a constant current source circuit, and the input control voltage is 4-16V. The control current is 5-20mA, and the SSR input circuit with the larger rated current is connected to the constant current source ...

Maintenance method of Germany PILZ Peel magnetic relay
Maintenance method:
1. When selecting the solid-state relay used in the printed circuit board with small current specifications, because the lead terminal is made of high thermal conductivity material, the soldering should be carried out under the condition that the temperature is less than 250 °C and the time is less than 10S.

Peel magnetic relays – what are the ways in which the contacts of relays are used?
There are 3 basic forms of relay contacts:
(1) The two contacts are disconnected when the dynamic type (normally open, H-type) coil is not energized, and the two contacts are closed after the energizing is applied. It is represented by the pinyin prefix "H" of the word "合".
(2) Dynamic breaking type (normally closed, D-type) coil is not energized when the two contacts ...
