Short-circuit method: when FD is displayed, it means that the safety loop is disconnected, at this time, the safety relay CC is disconnected, and the indicator light on the operation board is extinguished, first check whether the safety loop power supply fuse 1F1 (the 6th from the left in the lower row behind the control cabinet) is fused;
2. When short-circuiting is required for maintenance, please use the following methods:
1. A2-A7 short circuit on the operation board: emergency stop switch on the top of the car, emergency stop switch in the car, safety gear switch;
2. A7-A10 short circuit on the operation board: upper and lower limit switches, buffer switches, tension switches;
3. A10-A11 short circuit on the operation board: speed limiter switch;
3. The left wiring in the control cabinet is ranked: the top is the wiring of the rotary encoder, B1 and B2 are the wiring of the brake coil, and the bottom is the internal and external wiring.
4. Short-circuit door lock circuit operation: when an indicator light below the operation panel is extinguished, it means that the door lock circuit is disconnected;
5. If you need to short circuit during maintenance, please use the following methods to operate:
1. A11-HDC short circuit on the operation board: hall door door interlocking;
2. HDC-NC shorting on the operation board: car door interlocking;
3. No. 3 and No. 4 shorts on the operation board: hall, car door interlocking full short-circuit. No. 3 and No. 4 must not be shorted with No. 7, otherwise two to three computer boards will be burned.

Peel magnetic relays – a common fault of electromagnetic relays
1. After the power failure, the armature cannot be released immediately, which may be due to the stuck movable core, the core air gap is too small, the spring strain and the oil caused by the core contact surface, etc. Universal relay maintenance should be treated differently by the cause of failure, or adjust the air gap to protect it from 0.02 to 0.05 mm, ...

Peel magnetic relay - relay common faults and solutions
First, the contact is loose and cracks
The contact is the electrical touch part of the relay to complete the switching load, and the contact of some products is riveted and pressed, and its primary disadvantage is that the contact is loose, the contact cracking or the scale azimuth error is too large. This will affect the touch reliability of the relay.

Peel Magnetic Relays – How to Choose a Solid State Relay
The naming of solid state relay models has not been unified, and the following conditions should be considered when selecting the manufacturer's manual.
(1) Rated input voltage
Refers to the maximum allowable effective voltage of a steady-state resistive load that can be withstood under a given condition. When used for inductive loads ...

Peel magnetic relay – the difference between a safety relay and a normal relay
1. The shape is larger
The dimensions of safety relays are different from ordinary relays, and safety relays are larger.
2. Modules instead of components
A safety relay is a module, not an electronic component like a normal relay.
3. Color

Peel magnetic relays - what are the connection methods of relays?
1. 3-pin relay wiring
The common 3-pin relay is the car horn relay.
No. 1 is the contact terminal, which connects the load;
No. 2 is the common terminal between the contact and the coil, which is connected to the power supply;
No. 3 is the coil terminal, which connects the button switch (such as the horn on the steering wheel).

Peel magnetic relays – the difference between solid state relays and mechanical relays
1. The structure/working principle of the two is different
Mechanical relays consist of an iron core, coils, and contacts. When the coil is energized, the current in the coil generates a magnetic field that makes the contacts act, thus completing the working principle of the mechanical relay.
Solid state relays are made up entirely of electronic components. That...
