                               How to install an Autotonics voltage sensor

A voltage sensor is a sensor that can sense the measured voltage (different models), convert the obtained voltage into DC current and DC voltage within a certain period of time (material, usage method), and block the output analog signal or digital signal. It is mainly used to measure voltage or current signals with serious waveform distortion in the power grid, and can also measure non-sinusoidal waveforms such as square waves and triangular waves.

Compared with the traditional transformer and shunt, the voltage sensor has the advantages of high precision, fast response, good linearity, frequency bandwidth, strong overload and no loss of measured energy, and has been widely used in many fields such as electric power, electronics, inverter equipment, switching power supply, communication frequency conversion speed regulation, etc.

Installation method:

(1) Pin soldering device on the circuit board: make a line on the circuit board and solder the sensor on the circuit board as if it were a component. Its advantages are small size, light weight, space-saving, and easy installation.

(2) Screw fastening device: that is, the sensor is screwed to the bottom of the chassis or a fixed position, and the external connection is a variety of different terminal lead connections. Its strengths are sturdy, convenient and easy to disassemble.

(3) Rail type device: There is a standard 35mm wide dovetail groove at the bottom of the sensor, which can be a cassette device. Its advantages are convenience, versatility, and suitable for field work equipment.
