The debugging method of the temperature controller

Generally, there are three buttons to provide the need for setting, one is the Set button, press it once to enter the setting state. The other two offer upward and downward temperature adjustments, which can be adjusted to any temperature point. After adjusting to the desired temperature point, press the Set button again to confirm.

1. Turn on the power of the smart thermostat, and the current temperature is displayed on the display. Because the sensor is not in contact with other devices, but is exposed directly to the air, this is the current temperature: 31 degrees Celsius, which is not too hot.

2. At the bottom right of the display is the "Start Temperature" setting button, press the heating button once, and the temperature will increase by 1 degree Celsius; You can also press and hold and not let go, and the temperature will rise continuously. Here I set it to 65 degrees Celsius, that is, when the sensor temperature is lower than or equal to 65 degrees, the output socket will automatically power on and the connected device will start. The equipment can be an electric motor, an electric heater, and many more.

3. At the bottom left of the display is the "Stop Temperature" setting button. I set it to 80 degrees, that is, when the sensor temperature is higher than or equal to 80 degrees, the output socket will automatically power off and the controlled device will stop working.

4. Look at the temperature sensor again, its function is to sense the temperature of the monitored object, and convert it into an electrical signal, which is transmitted back to the thermostat through the wire. You can try it with a ferrous object, the sensor has strong magnetism and can be adsorbed on it.

5. Attach the sensor to the equipment to be monitored. The device has to have an iron part; Otherwise, you have to find a way to fix it.

6. Plug the controlled device into the thermostat output outlet. Note: It is best to do this when the thermostat itself is not powered on. At this point, the setup is complete, the thermostat is powered on, and the system is working.
