1. The dry-type transformer thermostat does not appear

Cause of failure: (1) The power supply of the thermostat is not connected; (2) The fuse is blown out.

Solution: (1) Turn on the power supply; (2) Replace the fuse.

2. The dry-type transformer thermostat shows that one or three phases are shining and showing "-OP-"

Fault causes: (1) The input signal of the corresponding phase is greater than the measurement scale of the dry-type transformer thermostat; (2) The measurement loop of the Pt100 temperature sensor has a large touch resistance.

Solution: (1) Select the Pt100 temperature sensor matched with the thermostat; (2) Eliminate line touch resistance.

3. The dry-type transformer thermostat shows that one or three phases are shining and showing "-OH-"

Cause of failure: (1) The input signal of the corresponding phase is greater than the measurement scale of the thermostat; (2) The sensor measurement loop has a large touch resistance.

Solution: (1) Select the Pt100 temperature sensor matched with the thermostat; (2) Eliminate line touch resistance.

4. The dry-type transformer thermostat shows that one or three phases are shining and showing "-OL-"

Cause of failure: (1) The input signal of the corresponding phase is less than the measurement scale of the thermostat; (2) There is a short circuit in the measurement loop of the temperature sensor.

Solution: (1) Select the Pt100 temperature sensor matched with the thermostat; (2) Check the sensor measurement line.

5. The dry-type transformer thermostat shines "-Er-"

Cause of failure: (1) The wiring of the sensor measurement loop is incorrect; (2) Internal problems with the thermostat.

Solution: (1) Check the external wiring of the thermostat; (2) Contact Changhui Instrument Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

6. Fix the temperature of a certain phase

Cause of failure: The dry-type transformer thermostat is in the maximum value display state.

Solution: Press the maximum/tour button to return the thermostat to the circuit display state.

7. The three-phase temperature is lower than 80oC, but the fan is still running

Cause of failure: (1) The setting value or return difference value of the fan is changed; (2) The fan is in the manual power on state.

Solution: (1) Adjust the set value from the beginning; (2) Press the active/manual button to keep the fan in active control.

8. The three-phase temperature is unbalanced from the appearance of the dry-type transformer thermostat

Cause of failure: (1) Pt100 platinum resistance is not fixed into the temperature measuring hole; (2) The three-phase temperature of the transformer is different.

Solution: (1) fix the platinum resistance from scratch; (2) Normal phenomenon.

9. The temperature of the fan is not reached, but the fan takes the initiative to operate

Cause of failure: (1) The fan is in the manual start-up state; (2) The system fan has the function of timing start and stop.

Solution: (1) Press the ▲ button to close the fan; (2) Normalization.

10. After manually starting the fan on the dry-type transformer thermostat, the fan cannot be manually closed

Cause of failure: The measured temperature value at this moment is just between the temperature of the active start and stop of the fan.

Solution: Return to normal phenomena.
