Teach-in programming methods
At present, a considerable number of robots still use the teach-in programming method. The robot can be applied immediately after the teach-in, and at the time of reproduction, the robot repeats the tracks and various operations stored in the memory during the teach-in, and the process can be repeated several times if required.
Strengths: simple and convenient; There is no need for an environment model; When teaching a robot in practice, it is possible to correct errors caused by the mechanical structure.
Defects: It is difficult to edit functions, it is difficult to use sensors, it is difficult to represent conditional branches, and it is necessary to occupy robots when teaching practical robots.
Offline programming
Offline programming overcomes many of the shortcomings of online programming and makes full use of the power of computers.
Advantages: The robot can be programmed without the robot, and the robot can perform other operations; Pre-optimization of operation planning and cycle times; Previously completed processes or subroutines can be combined into the program to be programmed; Sensors can be used to detect external information; Manipulation function
It can include existing CAD and CAM information, can run programs in advance to imitate practical actions, so as not to present dangers, and can use graphic simulation technology to imitate robot movements on the screen to assist programming; For different job intents, only a few specific programs need to be replaced.
Defects: The required function and coordinate system data that can compensate for the systematic error of the robot are still difficult to obtain.

KUKA robots are used for outbreak detection
According to the information recently released by China's National Health Commission, as of May 19, the country has announced that 449.511 million doses of new crown vaccines have been administered, of which more than 100 million doses have been administered in the last eight days. With the change of the global epidemic situation, although the virus is constantly mutating, it has not yet completely escaped the role of vaccines.

Calibration of industrial robots and positioners – KUKA robots
Manipulator positioners are generally divided into compound positioners, single-axis positioners, double-axis positioners and three-axis positioners according to the number of components of the drive motor. Before and during the welding operation of the robotic arm, the positioner loads and locates the welded workpiece by clamping the stuff.
