One: The switch jumps often and may not be able to close?

1. Aging of switches

4. The line is aging, short circuit, and the line is too small or lacks phase.

Solution:

Turn off the power supply of the control system, and then use the meter to measure the motor, whether the three-phase of the circuit is short-circuited or grounded (pay attention to the measurement: remove the frequency conversion output to avoid burning out the frequency conversion output module during the test): turn the motor by hand to see if it is stuck; Replace the switch if necessary.

2: Contactor is noisy?

Because the joint contact surface of the contactor is uneven, there is sand or rust on the surface. As a result, phase loss will be formed, which will lead to the burnout of contactors, switching frequency conversion and other components.

Solution:

The load switch that controls the contactor is lowered, and the manual fast switch contactor is repeated many times, if the sound is not eliminated, it needs to be removed to grind the armature flat, or replace the contactor with a new one.

Three: Hot relay often jumps?

1. The motor is overloaded.

2. Whether the selection is matched.

3. Whether it is aging and whether the main line is too small.

Solution: See whether the selection of the motor and the thermal relay match, check the motor to ensure that the motor is normal, and this phenomenon needs to be replaced. Replace the new matching mainline.

Four: The contactor or relay is not properly engaged?

1. The zero loop of the coil is broken.

2. The central relay head is broken.

Solution:

Look at the line and replace it with a new trunk.

Five: The inverter often reports faults?

1. The parameter setting is incorrect.

2. Aging of inverter.

3. The water pump is overloaded.

4. Lack of phase.

5. The line is loose.

Solution:

Reset the inverter first, and if the same problem occurs again in a short period of time, it means that the inverter cannot continue to operate until the operation is discharged. The fault code of the inverter is recorded, the fault is dealt with according to the clarification book, the circuit is tightened once, and the three-phase current is measured to see if it is balanced. The power supply is out of phase, and the input end of the inverter burns out, or the inverter is aging, and the inverter needs to be replaced.

6. The output and input points of the controller are abnormal or cannot operate normally?

1. The input and output points of the controller operate frequently for a long time, resulting in the burning of the contacts inside the controller.

2. Because the contacts are formed by a strong current.

3. The program is wrong or the controller has been burned.

Solution:

The program that needs to update the controller is to change the burned input and output points to the backup electric shock through the software, and replace the controller if necessary.

Seven: The pressure is unstable and shaken?

1. The parameters of the controller are not adjusted.

2. The power of the pump is too low.
