First, the problem phenomenon

1. After the robot is powered on, the A5 axis can only move at a scale of -60-+60 degrees, but the teaching pendant is -120-+120 degrees;

2. Check the robot type from the 'Assist' > 'About' >'Robot' of the teach pendant, and it does not match the type on the nameplate of the robot body;

Second, the solution

1. Find the KRC disc in the disc folder of the robot attachment (or perhaps the disc folder of the same type of robot itself), and the pattern of the disc name is generally 'KR CVx.x.xxBuild effect

2. According to the path on the nameplate of the robot (in the red box in the figure below), find the Smachine.dat and Srobcor.dat two files, and copy them to a U disk or floppy disk;

3. Insert the U disk or floppy disk into the new robot control cabinet, and set the user authority to 'administrator' on the robot teach pendant;

4. Press the 'CTRL' + 'ESC' keys on the teach pendant together to enter the robot's Windows system, open the U disk or floppy disk, and copy the two files from the CD;

5. Open 'RUN' through the 'Start' menu, enter 'C:\KRC\ROBOTER\KRC\R1\Mada' in the text box, and click 'ENTER' to open it;

6. Post the two files in the U disk or floppy disk to the current position;

7. Click "SHUTDOWN" from the "Start" menu, select "RESTART" and click "ENTER" to restart the system.

8. After the system starts, check the robot type through the "assistance" of the "Teach Pendant" > "About > "Robot" and confirm whether the type of robot displayed is consistent with the type on the nameplate of the robot body.
