How to clean up common problems with infrared touch screen
1. Double-click is not very active
Open the infrared screen to adjust its activity and reduce the activity.
2. Under what conditions will drift occur
Because the operating principle of the infrared screen is to rely on infrared rays to operate, it usually plays a role in contact when the sleeves and other objects touch the infrared screen (for example, when the screen is touched by the hand point, the sleeve is also on the screen with the point, it will show that the mouse pointer is not in the direction of the hand click, and this problem is not a drift phenomenon).
The phenomenon of resistive screen problems and specific repair methods
1. Resistive screen contact mouse only moves in a small area or resistive contact screen is prohibited
Generally, this situation will be shown in the initial installation of the driver, please run the contact screen calibration procedure. After changing the display resolution, the contact screen calibration process should also be run.
2. The mouse has always been present at a certain point on the four sides of the monitor, because the contact area of the resistive screen (the surface of the resistive screen is divided into two parts: the contact area and the non-contact area, and there is no repercussion when clicking on the non-contact area) is pressed by the display shell or cabinet shell, which is equivalent to a certain point has always been contacted.
3. The mouse moves in the opposite direction of contact with the hand, which is the four-wire connector connected between the contact screen control box and the contact screen, and the direction can be adjusted in reverse.
4. If there is no contact to check whether the connection of the contact screen is right, one of the connections to the host keyboard (take 5 volts from the keyboard to the contact screen operating voltage) is not connected, please check the connection to observe the condition of the contact screen control box light, if it is not lit or the red light is on, it means that the control box is broken, please replace. If you confirm that it is not the above, please delete the contact screen driver, reinstall the driver on the computer, or replace it with a newer driver.
Common problems and specific operating principles of capacitive screens
The so-called "drift" of capacitive screen mainly refers to the following conditions:
1. Make a misoperation of the touch operation, that is, contact point A, but make contact response to point B.
2. Misaction without contact, that is, the body or conductive objects are close to the screen, and the contact response is made before touching.
3. There is no action on the touch operation, that is, the finger has touched the contact screen, but the screen has not made a contact response.
The capacitive screen uses the current induction of the human body to operate. The capacitive contact screen is a four-layer composite glass screen, the inner surface and the interlayer of the glass screen are each coated with a layer of ITO (transparent conductive film), the outer layer is a thin layer of silica glass protective layer, the interlayer ITO coating is used as the working surface, four electrodes are drawn out at the four corners, and the inner ITO is the protective layer to ensure a good working environment.
When the finger touches the metal layer, the user and the contact screen surface form a coupling capacitor because of the electric field of the human body, and for high-frequency currents, the capacitor is a direct conductor, so the finger sucks a small current from the contact point. This current element flows from the electrodes on the four corners of the contact screen, and the current flowing through these four electrodes is proportional to the interval between the fingers and the four corners, and the control device calculates the position of the contact point by carefully calculating the proportion of these four currents.

When does the KUKA robot need to be corrected?
When calibrating the KUKA robot, the axes are moved to a defined mechanical orientation, i.e. the mechanical zero orientation. This mechanical zero point requires the shaft to move to a bearing that detects the notch or scribing symbol. If the KUKA robot is in the zero position of the machine, it will store the positive detection of each axis ...
