Torque sensor is a component that must be installed in some industrial products, mainly used to measure speed and viewpoint orientation, but different types of sensors have different ways to use and function, what is the classification of torque sensor?
Resistive strain torque sensors
The sensor has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, but the oscillation frequency of the conductive slip ring is low, so it is not suitable for high-frequency rotating bodies and high-torque oscillating photoelectric torque sensors.
It consists of a torsional pump and two grating discs. The two grating plates have a comparable number of radial black sections. When the torsion shaft is torqueed, the torsion angle is deformed, and the grating disc 1 and 2 form the light transmission ports of different viewpoints. The pulse output of the optoelectronic component is widened, and the larger the torque, the larger the opening of the light transmission port.
The width of the photocurrent pulse is also large, and the average value of the pulse current is proportional to the torque. The sensor is non-touch, but the light source piezomagnetic torque sensor must be adjusted.
Its torsion shaft is a ferromagnetic material. When torque is applied, the shaft undergoes directional stress and magnetic anisotropy, i.e., the magnetoresistance decreases under tensile stress and increases under compressive stress.
The sensor has no conductive slip rings and is a non-touch measurement with high reliability, robustness, high output voltage, and insensitivity to temperature and interference.
