Conceptual understanding of sensors
The sensor is a kind of detection device, which can sense the measured audio, and can convert the perceived audio into an electrical signal or other required audio output according to the inevitable discipline, so as to meet the requirements of audio transmission, disposal, storage, display, recording and control. It is the first link to realize automatic detection and automatic control. The possession and growth of sensors allow objects to have senses such as touch, taste, and smell, and gradually make objects come alive. According to its basic function, it is divided into ten categories: thermal elements, photosensitive elements, gas-sensitive elements, force-sensitive elements, magnetic sensitive components, moisture-sensitive components, acoustic components, radiation elements, color-sensitive elements and taste-sensitive elements
Secondary induction of sensors
In order to receive the sound from the phone, people must use the sensory organs. And the mere use of people's own sensory organs in the study of natural phenomena and disciplines and production hooks is far from sufficient. In order to adapt to this environment, sensors are needed. Therefore, it can be said that the sensor is a delay of the human five senses, also known as the electric five senses.
With the advent of new handicrafts, the world has begun to enter the audio age. In the process of manipulating audio, the first thing to deal with is to obtain accurate and reliable audio, and sensors are not necessary ways and means to obtain audio in the field of natural and production.
In modern industrial production, especially in the process of automated production, it is necessary to use all kinds of sensors to control the parameters in the production process, so that the equipment works in the general form or the best form, and the products reach the best quality. Therefore, it can be said that without a large number of excellent sensors, modern production has also been laid.
In the basic sub-discipline discussion, the sensor has a more convex position. The growth of modern scientific handicraft has entered many new fields: for example, it is necessary to observe the vast expanse of thousands of light years at the microscopic level, the world of particles as small as fm at the microscopic level, the evolution of hundreds of thousands of years longitudinally as long as s, and the instantaneous reflection as short as s. In addition, there have also been various pole manual discussions on deepening material knowledge, pioneering new energy, new materials, etc., such as ultra-high temperature, ultra-low temperature, ultra-high pressure, ultra-high vacuum, super-strong, ultra-weak, and so on. Obviously, it is impossible to obtain a lot of audio that cannot be directly obtained by the human senses, without the appropriate sensors. The obstacle to many basic scientific research is that the acquisition of target audio is difficult, and the emergence of some new mechanisms and high-activity detection sensors often leads to breakthroughs in this field. The growth of some sensors is often pioneered by some marginal disciplines.
Sensors have long been used in a wide range of fields such as industrial production, pioneering, ocean exploration, capital inquiry, medical diagnosis, bioengineering, and cultural relics. It is no exaggeration to say that from the vast space to the ocean, resulting in all kinds of messy engineering systems, almost every modern project is inseparable from all kinds of sensors.
It can be seen that the primary infection of sensor manual in the growth of economy and spurring social progress is very important. The world is very focused on the growth of this field. It is believed that in the near future, there will be a leap forward in the manual movement of sensors, reaching a new level equal to their primary position
Understanding the concept of transmitters
A transmitter is a converter that changes the output signal of a sensor into a signal that can be recognized by the controller (or a signal source that converts the non-electric input of the sensor into an electrical signal and expands it for remote measurement and control). Together, the sensor and the transmitter form the monitoring signal source for automatic control. Incompatible physical quantities require incompatible sensors and responsive transmitters. There are many varieties of transmitters, and the transmitters used in the industrial control appearance do not necessarily have temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters, flow transmitters, current transmitters, voltage transmitters and so on.
Sensors that can output standard signals in industrial fields are called transmitters. This term is sometimes used interchangeably with sensors. In the Principles of Automatic Control, a transmitter is a converter that changes the output signal of a sensor into a signal that can be recognized by the controller. As for the fact that sometimes it is common to the sensor, it is because the output signal of the modern majority sensor used to be a signal that the universal controller could follow, and this signal could be directly recognized by the controller without reversing the conversion of the transmitter. Therefore, the conservative meaning of "transmitter" should be "an instrument that converts the output signal of a sensor into a standard signal that can be taken over by a controller or a measurement surface". In automatic control: signal source - > sensor - > transmitter - >-combinator controller - > actuator - > control output.

What are the characteristics of smart sensors?
1. High precision and high quality
Assuming that the data information collected by the sensor makes a mistake, it is equivalent to making a mistake from the source, and the transmission, analysis and use of all the data behind it are meaningless, so the accuracy and quality of the sensor are guaranteed.

The difference between an ifm level sensor and a level switch
Many people are stupid and can't tell the difference between the liquid level sensor and the liquid level switch, and even think that they are the same instrument. In fact, there is a big difference between them. The level sensor does not necessarily display the liquid level, but outputs the liquid level in the form of an electrical signal. The liquid level controller is based on the liquid level sensor ...
