The valve sensor consists of two inductive proximity switches overlapping in the same housing. Depending on the direction of the cam, the upper or lower sensor triggers.

Merit:

The operating system is touch-free and absolutely wear-free. Maximum reliability and a long service life.

There are two types of cam plans available:

A standard use type for a policy offset of 90°, or a type with adjustable switching angles.

The pre-installed damping element minimizes the complexity of the device.

You can see the direction of the cam from the outside. This makes it easy to insert and fix at the end of the shaft without the need for complex conditioning. The cam is specially planned for shafts with a height of 30mm or 20mm (with adapter). Due to the standardized mechanical dimensions and hole positions, sensors and cams can be installed on all common actuators.

The non-touch sensor switch principle does not wear out.

Since only materials that do not corrode are used, it has a long service life.

Fixed fitting with coordinates for quick set-up.

Valve orientation check:

The LEDs on the sensor indicate the valve orientation. The bearing indicator on the cam ensures that the valve position is clearly visible from a distance.
