PV pressure sensors are made with a thin-film measuring element that is welded together with the process connection. This skill guarantees high precision and cost-effectiveness in a compact housing with a width of only 19 mm.

Due to the sealless design of the process connections, the sensors can be used not only for hydraulic applications, but also for inert gases. In industrial applications, laser tags on housings ensure clear part identification. Even under adverse environmental conditions, the sensors are easy to identify. Thanks to IO-Link, the pressure sensor transmits process values such as system pressure and system temperature (PV80XX type only) in succession. Pressure spikes can even be counted and data can be provided. In addition, since there is no need for a digital-to-analog converter for conversion and is not affected by the external environment, the measurement results for digital transmission via IO-Link are much more precise.
