If the pressure transmitter is used in cooperation with the digital display, if the digital display does not appear at this time, then the user may say that the pressure transmitter has no output, but in fact, this problem is obvious, and it is unreasonable to hastily determine that the pressure transmitter has no output. If the pressure transmitter is output normally, it is possible that the digital display is faulty. This is the user's understanding of the on-site faults and the judgment of faults. So how can you tell if the pressure transmitter is working properly? It is very simple, use a multimeter to directly measure the output of the pressure transmitter, and measure whether the current value of 4-20mA is used. Of course, this situation is presented when the time division is used in cooperation with other appearances, and the same multimeter is used to measure the current first.

2. We know that the transmitter needs 24V power supply, if the pressure transmitter has no output, we must first consider whether there is a 24V power supply or whether the 24 power supply is normal, of course, this is the most basic electrician common sense. However, if the field is connected in series with a digital display or other meter with a 24V power supply, as in ##点描绘的那样, then the pressure transmitter does not need to provide 24V power again. This second aspect is for time divisions when the pressure transmitter is used alone.

3. If there is a 24V power supply and the power supply is normal, and the pressure transmitter has no output at this time, it is necessary to check whether the power cord is reversed and whether the positive and negative poles are connected incorrectly.

4. If the wiring is correct, then it is necessary to check whether there is a broken line in the whole circuit; Or check whether the appearance is wrong (the input impedance should be ≤250Ω).

5. If the above aspects are normal, then there may be a problem with the hardware of the pressure transmitter. For example, at the beginning of the on-site pressure transmitter, due to a problem with the 24V power supply, the circuit board of the pressure transmitter burned out, of course, there was no direct appearance and no output; For example, the overload and pressure resistance of the selected pressure transmitter are not consistent with the on-site conditions, or the pressure transmitter components may be damaged due to excessive overpressure, and the pressure transmitter will also have no output; For example, if the pressure transmitter is displayed on site, that is, with a gauge, if the gauge is damaged at this time, then the pressure transmitter will also show no output. If you judge whether the meter head is damaged, the two wires of the direct meter head are short-circuited, and if the short circuit is normal, it means that the meter head is damaged.
