There are three indicators of precision: precision, correctness, and precision, but how do you understand them?
precision
It sheds light on the sloppy nature of the measurement results. That is, for a stable target (to be measured), the same measurer uses the same sensor and measurement appearance to repeat the measurement for many times in an appropriate short period of time (equal precision measurement), and the measurement results are scattered. The smaller the precision, the more precise the measurement (corresponding to random errors).
Correctness
Clarify the degree to which the measurement result deviates from the true value, that is, the degree to which the indicated value deviates from the true value in a regular manner. Refers to the degree to which the measured value is compounded with the true value (corresponding to the system error).
precision
Accuracy is a comprehensive reflection of the correctness and precision of measurement. That is, the comprehensive degree of excellence measured. In the simplest case, the algebraic sum of the two can be taken, i.e., τ = ε + δ. The general accuracy is expressed in terms of the relative value of the measurement error.
What is the relationship between the three?
The results of multiple measurements are relatively consistent, but the errors are large - there is precision, but there is no accuracy.
