The double ferrule terminal joint of the pressure transmitter is generally composed of the top maintenance cap + 4-point tooth filament, the lower layer of 20*1.5 filament, PTFE pad, screw cap, and welding harvest. In addition to the function of the compression pipe joint, which is related to the data of the parts, manufacturing accuracy, heat treatment, etc., the connection with the assembly quality is also very important, so the assembly should be carried out according to the following methods.
1. According to the required length, the pipe can be cut on a special machine tool, or it can be sawed by hand, and the straightness of the cut surface and the center line of the pipe shall not be greater than half of the pipe exterior service.
2. Remove the inner and outer burrs, metal scraps and dirt at the end of the pipe.
3. Remove the anti-rust oil and dirt of each part of the pipe joint.
4. Put the curtain on the tube in order, and then insert the tube into the bottom of the cone hole in the joint body and place the ferrule. Rotate the tube while tightening the nut until it does not move, and then tighten the nut 1-11/3 turns.
