01. The robot switch often jumps or can't close?

Cause:

1. Aging of switches;

2. The switch selection is wrong;

3. The pump is stuck or the motor is short-circuited;

4. The line is aging, short circuit, the line is too small or the phase is missing.

Solution:

Turn off the power supply of the control system, and then use the meter to measure the motor, whether the three-phase of the circuit has a short circuit or grounding phenomenon (pay attention when measuring: remove the frequency conversion output terminal, so as not to burn out the frequency conversion output module during the test), turn the motor by hand to see if it is stuck, and replace the switch if necessary.

02. Is the robot contactor noisy?

Cause:

It is likely to be caused by uneven contact surfaces of the contactor, with sand or rust on the surface. The consequence will cause phase loss, and finally lead to the burnout of contactors, switching frequency converters and other components.

Solution:

If the sound of the contactor has not been removed after repeated repeated manual fast switching of the contactor, it is necessary to remove the armature and grind it flat, or replace it with a new contactor.

03. Robot hot relay often jumps?

Cause:

1. Motor overload;

2. Whether the selection is matched;

3. Whether it is aging and whether the main line is too small.

Solution(s):

See whether the selection of the motor and the thermal relay match, check the motor to ensure that the motor is normal, and this phenomenon needs to be replaced with a new one. Replace the matching main line with a new one.

04. Is the robot contactor or relay engaged abnormally?

Cause:

1. Coil zero loop break;

2. The intermediate relay head is broken.

Solution(s):

Check the line and replace it with a new trunk.

05. Robot inverter often reports faults?

Cause:

1. The parameter setting is incorrect;

2. Aging of inverter;

3. The water pump is overloaded;

4. Lack of phase;

5. Loose lines.

Solution(s):

Reset the inverter first, if the same fault reoccurs in a short time, it means that the inverter can not continue to work until the work is released. The fault code generated by the inverter is recorded, the fault is solved according to the manual, the circuit is tightened once, and the three-phase current is measured to see if it is balanced. The inverter needs to be replaced if the inverter is burned out due to the lack of phase of the power supply, or the inverter is aging.

06. The output and input points of the robot maintenance controller are abnormal or cannot operate normally?

Cause:

1. The input and output points of the controller operate frequently for a long time, resulting in the burning of the contacts inside the controller;

2. Due to the strong current of the contact;

3. There is an error in the program or the controller has been burned.

Solution(s):

The program that needs to update the controller will change the burned input and output points to the backup electric shock through the software, and replace the controller if necessary.

07. Yaskawa robot maintenance pressure is unstable and fluctuating?

Cause:

1. The parameters of the controller are not adjusted;

2. The efficiency of the water pump is too low.

08. The robot system is sometimes good and sometimes bad, and cannot operate normally?

Cause:

1. The appearance of loose lines;

2. Aging of components.

09. Robot oil leakage?

Cause:

1. Improper maintenance;

2. Corrosive parts damage, etc.

Solution:

Check the location of the oil leak and confirm the parts caused by the oil leak. It is possible to accurately determine the parts caused by oil leakage by checking drawings, etc.

10. Abnormal noise of the robot?

Causes and solutions:

In the event of abnormal noise failure, it is necessary to go to the customer's site for diagnosis. By carefully inspecting the axis that judges the abnormal noise, the external influencing factors are discharged. Check the maximum torque, check the iron powder and other means to comprehensively judge the fault caused by abnormal noise.
