2.1 Cooling fan

According to the continuous operation of the inverter, it is necessary to replace the fan once in 2-3 years, and the indirect cooling fan is divided into two lines and three lines, one of the two lines of the fan is the positive pole, and the other line is the negative pole, do not connect the wrong one when changing; In addition to the positive and negative poles, the three-wire fan also has a detection line, which should be paid attention to when changing, otherwise it will cause the inverter to overheat the alarm. The switching fans are divided into 220V and 380V, so don't make a mistake about the voltage level when changing.

2.2 Filter capacitor

DC loop filter capacitor at both ends: also known as electrolytic capacitor, its important role is to smooth the DC voltage, discharge the low-frequency harmonics in the DC, and the heat of its continuation task plus the heat of the inverter itself will slow down the drying up of its electrolyte and indirectly affect its capacity.

Under normal conditions, the service life of the capacitor is 5 years. It is proposed to review the capacitor capacity once a year, and replace the capacitance of individual capacitors if it increases by more than 20%.

3. Daily review matters

The temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment should be reviewed before the inverter is powered on, and the temperature is too high to cause the inverter to overheat the alarm, and in the case of severe cases, it will indirectly cause the damage of the inverter power device and the short circuit of the circuit; Too much humidity of the air can cause indirect short circuits inside the inverter.

When the inverter is running, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the cooling system can be normal, such as: whether the exhaust air of the air duct can be fluent, and whether the fan can have abnormal sound.

Individual inverters with high protection levels, such as: IP20 above the inverter can indirectly close the device, IP20 below the inverter should be a cabinet device, so how the heat dissipation consequences of the inverter cabinet will indirectly affect the normal operation of the inverter, the exhaust system of the inverter, such as whether the fan rotation can be fluent, whether the air inlet can have dust and infarction are the center of our daily review can not be neglected.

4. Regular care

Clean the air filter, cooling duct and internal dust. Review whether the screws, bolts and plug-ins can be loosened, and whether the resistance of the output reactor to ground and between phases can be short-circuited, which should be greater than tens of megaohms normally.

Whether the conductor and insulator can have erosion, if so, should be wiped and cleaned with alcohol in time. If conditions permit, an oscilloscope should be used to measure the bumpiness of each voltage output of the switching power supply, such as: 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V and other voltages.

Measure whether the square wave of each waveform of the driving circuit can be distorted. Whether the UVW interphase waveform can be a sine wave. Whether there are traces of ignition in the contacts of the contactor, and the major ones should be replaced with new products of the same model or larger than the original capacity; Confirm the accuracy of the mastered voltage and conduct sequential shield measure experiments; Confirm that there is nothing abnormal in the cover display circuit; Check the balance of the output voltage of the inverter when it is operating independently.
