The company deepens long-standing and successful partnerships to invent smart and connected solutions

ABB today announced that Accenture has become one of its global development partners for digital solutions. The partnership will build on ABB's expertise in transforming digital processes in the industry, as well as Accenture's information and operational skills (IT/OT) architecture and cross-industry software development capabilities. Accenture has been a trusted software development and application management provider to ABB for many years.

With approximately 45,000 Microsoft skills software developers worldwide and 35,000 Microsoft skills projects delivered to more than 12,000 clients over the past 20 years, Accenture will be a strong development partner for ABB Ability™ solutions. Accenture's strong focus on Internet of Things (IOT) skills and ABB's deep understanding of its customers' needs for digital solutions enable the two companies to work together at the expert level.
