3. During the operation of the elevator, some fastening screws are loose or loose due to vibration, which makes some parts, especially the moving parts, work abnormally and cause damage to the elevator.

4. Due to the imbalance of the elevator balance coefficient, or serious overload, the large shaking of the car or the poor accuracy of the leveling, the elevator speed is out of control, and even the top or bottom of the elevator is caused by the linkage of the speed limiter - safety gear, and the elevator stops.

(2) When the elevator mechanical system fails, the maintenance worker should learn about the situation and phenomenon when the elevator driver, administrator or passenger fails. If the elevator can still run, the driver/administrator can use the jog mode to let the elevator run up and down, and the maintenance worker can analyze and judge the fault point by hearing, touching, and measuring.

(3) After the fault occurrence point is determined, according to the requirements of the relevant technical specifications, carefully disassemble, clean, inspect and measure, determine the cause of the fault through inspection, and repair or replace according to the degree of wear and damage of the parts.
