First, the basic wiring

The main power input is 220V, which is connected from L1 and L3 (the actual use should refer to the operation manual); The control power input r and t can also be directly connected to 220V; Please refer to pages 22 and 23 of the operation manual for motor wiring, and see the operation manual for encoder wiring.

Second, the test steps

1. JOG test function: Yaskawa servo can be tested only according to the basic wiring; When the digital display is in the initial state 'r 0', press the 'SET' button, then press the 'MODE' button continuously until the digital display is 'AF-AcL', then press the up and down keys to 'AF-JoG'; Press the 'SET' key to display 'JoG -': press and hold the '^' key until 'rEAdy' is displayed; Press and hold the '<' key until 'SrV-on' is displayed; Press and hold the '^' button to rotate the motor counterclockwise, press the 'V' motor to rotate clockwise, and its speed can be set by the parameter Pr57. Press the 'SET' key to finish.

2. Yaskawa servo internal speed control mode COM+ (7 pins) connected to +12 - 24VDC, COM- (41 pins) connected to the DC power ground; SRV - ON (29 pins) to COM-; Parameter No.53 and No.05 are set to 1: (Note: EEPROM should be written after such parameters are modified, and re-energized) Adjust parameter No.53 to make the motor rotate. The parameter value is the rotational speed, the positive value rotates counterclockwise, and the negative value rotates clockwise.

3. Yaskawa servo position control mode

COM+ (7 pins) are connected to +12-24VDC, and COM- (41 pins) are connected to the DC power ground; SRV - ON (29 pins) connected to COM-PLUS1 (3 pins), SIGN1 (5 pins) connected to the positive pole (+5V) of the pulse source; PLUS2 (4 pins) are connected to pulse signals, and SIGN (6 pins) are connected to direction signals; Parameter No.02 is set to 0, No42 is set to 3, No43 is set to 1; PLUS (4 pins) send a pulse signal to make the motor rotate; Changing SIGN2 can change the motor steering. In addition, adjusting the parameters No.46 and No.4B can change the number of pulses required per revolution of the motor (i.e., electronic gears).
