1. Overload: Open the servo motor of the industrial robot to observe. The color of the entire winding wire pack has become dark and black, the end strap is cracked, and the severe phase insulation and notch insulation are melted and white bubbles due to overheating. The reason is mainly due to the overload and overcurrent heating of the servo motor of the industrial robot, and the short circuit and burning of the insulation Puhuai. This is not a quality issue.

2. Lack of phase: Open the servo motor of the industrial robot to see that the distribution of the burned part of the group is very regular, symmetrically distributed, the star connection burns two phases, and the triangle connection burns one phase. This is not a quality issue.

3. Short circuit: Open the servo motor of the industrial robot to observe the fresh color of the wire package when it leaves the factory, but at a certain point due to poor insulation, the servo motor of the industrial robot is short-circuited. This is a quality issue.

Note: When the industrial robot servo motor is burned out, open the industrial robot servo motor to observe the winding, be sure to open both end covers of the industrial robot servo motor, so that it is easier to observe and judge.
