KUKA brought the first iteration of the new KR QUANTE-2 at this exhibition, with a payload of 120-300kg and a maximum interval of 2700-3100mm. In the fast-changing shopping mall, enterprises urgently need to continuously improve the accuracy and power of production. To this end, KUKA has launched an automated treatment program to help build a smart factory production line in line with the concept of Industry 4.0.

This fully automated production system makes comprehensive use of KUKA 6-axis small payload robots, 4-axis SCARA robots, and KMP AGVs. AGV intelligent logistics, fast visual recognition, fast pickup, flexible assembly...... The FlexCube splicing of these modular stations presents a condensed version of an unmanned smart factory.
Cell loading and testing processing plan:

Through the combination of KUKA robot and SCHUNK's intelligent gripper, it is possible to easily complete the cell thickness, width, OCV and DCIR test process. The intelligent gripper is integrated with a variety of sensors required for testing, and various tests of the battery cell can be carried out in the process of cell loading; The gripper modules are independent of each other and can be quickly repaired and replaced.

KUKA_ready2_EasyGrind overturning the integration of 3D vision and constant force control skills in a single system, without programming or relying on CAD models, it can actively generate robot grinding actions on curved surfaces, suitable for cars, electronics, metal processing, plastic products and medical and other occupations.

Weld grinding

KUKA_ready2_weld_seam_removal has the axial constant force floating ability, it can perceive the grinding force, floating orientation and grinding head posture and other parameters in real time, and actively compensate the robot posture. Together, the professional double-head has both milling and grinding functions, and is suitable for any thickness of welds, and can easily and efficiently complete weld removal operations in one action.

3D sole gluing

KUKA_ready2_shoe_sole_cementing is a set of robot full active glue spraying system that can assist professional customers in shoemaking to deal with the pain points of sole gluing. Fool-like, highly flexible. The program integrates a 3D vision system with high stability, and can actively generate a robotic glue spraying track based on point cloud data with only one scan of a single sole.
