First, welding robot inspection and protection

1. Wire feeding arrangement. Including whether the wire feeding force is normal, whether the wire feeding tube is damaged, and whether there is an abnormal alarm.

2. Is the airflow normal?

3. Is the torch safety protection system normal?  (It is forbidden to close the welding torch safety protection operation)

4. Whether the water circulation system is operating normally.

5. Inspection TCP (advocate the preparation of inspection procedures, run after each shift)

Second, the welding robot is inspected and protected weekly

1. Scrub the robot's shaft.

2. Check the accuracy of TCP.

3. Check the oil level of the residue.

4. Check whether the zero position of each axis of the robot is accurate.

5. Clean the filter behind the oil tank of the welder.

6. Clean the filter at the inlet of the compressed air.

7. Clean the impurities at the torch nozzle so as not to block the water circulation.

8. Clean the wire feeding arrangement, including wire feed wheels, crimping wheels and inner liners.

9. Check the hose bundle and guidewire hose for damage and breakage. (It is advisable to remove the entire hose bundle and clean it with compressed air.) )

10. Check whether the torch safety protection system is normal and whether the external emergency interrupt button is normal.

3. Welding robots are inspected and protected every month

1. Lubricate the shaft of the robot. In between, shafts 1 to 6 are white with lubrication. Oil number 86E006.

2. RP positioner and red grease nipple on RTS rail with butter. Oil number: 86K007

3. Blue grease and gray conductive grease on the RP positioner. Oil number: 86K004

4. Wire feeding needle roller bearing with lubricating oil.  (A small amount of butter can be used)

5. Clean the gun equipment and fill it with air motor lubricant.  (General oil is OK)

6. Clean the control cabinet and welder with compressed air.

7. Check the cooling water level of the oil tank of the welding machine, and make up the coolant in time (pure water plus a little industrial alcohol)

8. Complete all items inspected weekly, except for assignments from 1-8.
