KUKA robot circuit board repair, for the equipment that has not undergone the function of the online test, some test instruments also provide a less formal but more useful treatment: because the power supply of the test instrument to the robot circuit board can also be applied to the corresponding power supply and ground wire feet of the equipment through the test clip, if the power supply foot of the equipment is cut off, the equipment will be separated from the robot circuit board power supply system. At this time, the online function test of the equipment is carried out; Because the other equipment on the robot's circuit board will not be energized, the operation eliminates the disturbance effect. At this point, the role of practical tests will be equivalent to "quasi-offline tests", and the accuracy rate will be greatly improved.

1. Whether there are broken wires and short circuits; In particular, whether there is a phenomenon such as fracture and adhesion in the connection line of the printed robot circuit board on the robot circuit board;

2. Whether the relevant components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, and transistors are disconnected;

3. Has anyone repaired it? What meta-equipment have you used? Whether there are problems such as virtual soldering, missing soldering, and reverse insertion.

After sweeping the above situation, at this time, use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the power supply and the ground of the robot circuit board, usually the resistance value of the robot circuit board should not be less than 70Q. If the resistance is too small, it is only a few or ten ohms. It shows that there are components on the circuit board of the robot that are broken down or partially broken down, and a method must be taken to find out the broken down components.

The specific method is to power up the board to be repaired (pay attention!). At this moment, it is necessary to find out that the voltage value and positive and negative polarity of the operating voltage of the board cannot be connected wrong and added higher than the operating voltage value. Otherwise, it will hurt the circuit board of the robot to be repaired! The old shortcomings have not been swept away and new shortcomings have been added!! Use spot temperature to measure the temperature of each equipment on the circuit board of the robot, and the faster and higher temperature rise is regarded as the key suspect target.

If the resistance value is normal, then use a multimeter to measure the resistance materials on the board, such as secondary and triode, MOSFET and stripping switches. The purpose is to first ensure that the measured meta-device is in order. Don't complicate a problem that can be handled with a general quiz (e.g. a multimeter, etc.).

Criterion 2:

If the situation is good, there is a good robot board that is the same as the one to be repaired as a reference. Then, the two plates were tested against the good and bad using the double frame VI curve scanning function of the tester. The comparator test point of the beginning can start from the port of the robot circuit board; Then from the outside to the inside, especially the capacitors are tested. This can make up for the shortcomings of the multimeter that it is difficult to detect whether the capacitor is leaking online.

Criterion 3:

In order to improve the test function, some technical processing should be done on the repaired board before the online function test of the robot circuit board, so as to minimize the impact of various disturbances on the test process. The specific methods are as follows:

1. Preparation before the test

Short-circuit the crystal oscillator (pay attention to the crystal oscillator of the four pins, and make sure that the two pins are signal output pins, and these two pins can be short-circuited.) Remember, under normal circumstances, the other two pins are power supplies, and the pins must not be shorted!! For large-capacitance electrolytic capacitors, solder a foot to open the circuit. This is because the charging and discharging of large capacitors can also cause disturbances.

2. Test the equipment by sweeping method

In the process of conducting an online test or a comparison test on the equipment, all the equipment that has passed the test (or is relatively normal) should be directly recognized and recorded. If the test has not been passed (or compared to the difference), it can be tested again. If you still haven't passed, you can also recognize the test results first. This goes on until the equipment on the board is tested (or compared). Then we will deal with the equipment that has not been tested (or is out of tolerance).
