Why does the Kinco servo always display "Encoder counting" fault alarm?
The first thing to check is:
Whether the encoder cable is connected correctly.
Whether the encoder cable is interspersed with the motor cable or other AC cables, and ensure that the encoder cable and the AC cable are not in the same trunking.
After confirming that the above measures are implemented correctly, if the "Encoder counting" is still reported, the first thing is to reset the fault, manually rotate the motor shaft, and check whether the value has changed in the Actual position column of Control axis->Movement, if not, it can be clarified that the encoder has been damaged during installation.
Why doesn't the Kinco servo motor work?
First of all, determine whether the motor is correctly set parameters, when setting up the engineering documents, the system will prompt the selection of the motor with the driver configuration, under normal circumstances, kinco each motor has two similar types, one is the domestic standard 8000inc/rev, the other is 160000inc/rev, you need to choose correctly according to the type of motor driven, otherwise the motor will not work.
If some parameters are set incorrectly, it will also cause the motor to fail to work or show unintended action, at this time, the system parameters can be restored to the factory setting by resetting the parameters of the driver
Why can't Buke servo motors work at high speed?
The third parameter in the Commutation column of the primary requirement correction is referred to the Compilation section of the user manual for detailed value requirements.
The voltage supplied to the drive is guaranteed to be the voltage specified in the motor selection manual. Too low a voltage will not be able to complete the high-speed operation of the motor, especially if the motor is dragging the load.
