The robot does not give an alarm after the power is turned on, and can only work after the voltage, air pressure and indicator light are detected to be normal.
Teaching;
During the teaching process, try to avoid standing between the robot and the workpiece or between the robot and the fixed object, so as to avoid the abnormal action of the robot and cause injury to people.
In teaching, it is necessary to pay attention to the teaching speed: when the robot and the welding torch and the welding torch are close to each other, the low-speed teaching must be used. Prevent the collision between the robot and the welding gun, and the welding gun and the workpiece;
In the teaching process and work process, one program is not finished, and another teaching program (except for the master and sub-program) is strictly prohibited;
After the teaching or modification is completed, it is necessary to carefully verify that the program is correct before switching to the normal working state (the verification should be done at a lower speed);
After the teaching pendant is used, it should be placed in the designated location, away from the high temperature area, and can be placed in the working area of the robot to avoid collision and damage to personnel and equipment.

Loosen the fixture first, and then disassemble the workpiece;
Each finished welded piece should be checked for uncleaned spatter in the nozzle and whether the welding wire is bent;
4 workpieces for each weld are manually cleaned in the nozzle (about 2 large workpieces are welded, under normal circumstances, each workpiece should be cleaned, please follow the steps taught in the training to clean up);
