KUKA palletizing robots are widely used to move goods to or from pallets (unloading palletizing) and to lift, palletize, pack, transport, sort and mark. This process is not only closely related to the wooden furniture industry, the food logistics sector, but also to all moulding factories.

Both KR300PA and KR470PA PAs are five-axis motion systems with hollow elbow joints. Both devices have a dead weight of 2350 kg, a working range of 3150 mm and a payload capacity of 300 kg and 470 kg, respectively. KR300PA is a lightweight, fast and powerful force, especially developed for high-speed and high-load work. The machine is compact and lightweight, with built-in mounting fixtures for quick and easy integration into the device.

KR700PA is a completely new 4-axis motion system with a working range of up to 3320 mm and a payload capacity of 700 kg, with the fastest cycle times at the same load level. The load capacity of the palletizing robot is an important performance indicator of the palletizing robot. With this new type of machine, factories that have set up automated systems can minimize the space for robots to be placed on the production line.

The KUKA 10001300 "titan" PA is a 6-axis system with a working range of 3,200 mm and is a star product in the robot family. The garment can lift an astonishing 1,300 kg of cargo and handle palletizing with ease. This hugely heavy robot is the world's first human brother capable of carrying 1000 kg of KR1000 "titan".

KUKA robots cover probably the widest range of palletizing robots in the world. With extremely short cycle times and an extremely long working envelope, it can meet any special palletizing requirements in the customer's load range from 40 to 1300 kg.
