1. Selection of reliability
The potential of a sensor to persist in its properties over a period of time is called reliability. In addition to its own structure, the key factor affecting the long-term reliability of the controller is the use of harsh environments.
Harsh Environments Symmetrical Heavy Duty Sensors Can Lead to Hazards:
The key findings are as follows:
1. The high-temperature environment causes the coating material to melt, the spot welding is open, and the thermal stress of the thermoplastic polyurethane changes structurally.
2. Outdoor smoke and wet cooling will damage the switch of the controller.
3. In highly irritating environments such as damp cold, acidity, alkalinity, etc., thermoplastic polyurethane damage or loop opening is caused by the sensor.
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is used for the reliability of the sensor, and after the service life has passed, it must be calibrated before operation to confirm whether the characteristics of the controller have changed significantly.
2. Selection of sensitivities
In general, within the linear range of the controller, the higher the desired sensitivity, the higher the sensitivity. Because only when the sensitivity is high, the output signal value matches the measured value, which is conducive to signal analysis. However, when the sensitivity is high, the external noise that is not related to the measurement will also increase, and the system will become larger, thus endangering the accuracy of the measurement. Therefore, it is stipulated that the controller itself should have a high signal-to-noise ratio and be protected against electromagnetic interference from external inputs as much as possible.
3. Selection of precision
Accuracy is the critical performance parameter of the sensor, and it is a critical step related to the measurement accuracy of all measurement systems. The higher the accuracy of the controller, the higher the cost. Therefore, if the accuracy of the controller takes into account the accuracy regulations of all measurement systems, it is necessary to choose too many.
