The U/f control method of the inverter is the open-loop control of the speed, which does not require an encoder and the control circuit is simple, and it is also the most frequently used control method of the inverter.
In the case of high speed accuracy requirements or large load changes, the above-mentioned U/f control method, that is, open-loop control, will definitely not meet the actual requirements. Therefore, the closed-loop control method is required, which is not only satisfied with the control accuracy, but also solves the problem of large load changes. Closed-loop control of frequency converters has been selected, and encoders are indispensable.
