Inverter acceleration form and deceleration form selection, also known as acceleration and deceleration curve selection. Generally, there are several forms of inverter, such as linear, S-shaped, semi-S-shaped, etc., and the characteristics and uses of each form are as follows:
1. Linear form
This form causes the output frequency of the inverter to increase proportionally with the moment, and usually the linear curve is usually selected, which can be used to most loads.
2. S-shaped form
In the beginning and end stages of acceleration and deceleration, the frequency rises and falls slowly, and the acceleration and deceleration process is S-shaped, in order to reduce the shock and vibration of the mechanical system. The S-curve is suitable for constant torque loads.
3. Semi-S-shaped form
There are two methods in this form, one method is to accelerate and decelerate in a linear form at the beginning or end stage of acceleration and deceleration, and about variable torque loads such as fans, etc., because the load is lighter at low speed, it can be accelerated in a linear form, and the acceleration process should be slowed down when the load is heavier at high speed to reduce the acceleration current. Another method is to accelerate and decelerate in the form of S at the beginning or end. It is often used for loads with high inertia.
When selecting the acceleration and deceleration forms of the inverter, the corresponding form can be selected according to the load torque characteristics. However, sometimes there are exceptions, such as when the engineer debugs the inverter of a boiler induced draft fan, he first selects the acceleration and deceleration form as a semi-S-shaped form, and trips as soon as the working inverter is started. The reason is that the induced draft fan rolls by itself because of the flue gas flow before starting, and rotates to become a negative load, so that the S form is selected, so that the frequency speed is slower when it is just started, so as to avoid the occurrence of frequency converter tripping, of course, this is the method adopted for the inverter that does not start the DC braking function.

How the components of the inverter work – Delta
1. Inverter element - rectifier
Since it is difficult to change the frequency of the communication sine wave in the form of communication, the first operation of the inverter is to convert the waveform into direct current. To make it look like an AC, it is relatively easy to operate the DC. The most important component of all inverters is a ...

Inverter technology is a motor control method – Delta
When you are using the motor, if you simply change the frequency, your motor will most likely be burned out. This problem is especially acute when the frequency is reduced. In order to prevent the motor from burning out, the inverter must change the voltage at the same time as the frequency.

Precautions for Delta inverter C2000 series
1. Precautions for choosing a communication motor driver
When using a large-capacity current transformer (more than 600kVA) and a phase-entering capacitor, the surge current on the input side of the power supply is too large, which may destroy the input side of the communication motor driver.

Introduction to the basic application of Delta inverter
Generally, household appliances use a single-phase asynchronous motor, which relies on capacitance or resistance to split the phase. Motors are often in a short-term repetitive state (on/off) during operation, such as air conditioners, refrigerators, etc. This will inevitably lead to frequent starting, high noise, short motor life, poor temperature stability and energy consumption.

Delta's active front-end and inverter's coordination
The popularity of frequency converters has brought significant energy savings to industrial applications. However, the high-frequency switching signal generated by the inverter is easy to cause electromagnetic interference and affect the power quality. Analysis of misunderstandings in the application of Delta inverters
The capacity selection of the inverter is based on the rated power of the motor
Myth: The capacity selection of the inverter is based on the rated power of the motor
Compared with the motor, the price of the frequency converter is the most expensive, so under the premise of ensuring safe and reliable operation, the frequency conversion can be reasonably reduced.
