These two communications can communicate without affecting each other, and then write the corresponding program according to the need, so that the touch screen can change the frequency of the inverter through the PLC.

2. Without PLC, the touch screen directly controls the inverter

In order to make the inverter work, there must be two conditions, that is, the starting signal and the frequency signal, so the essence of the touch screen control inverter is to realize the starting signal and frequency signal of the inverter on the touch screen.

The touch screen and the inverter are connected by communication, so this problem boils down to the fact that the touch screen is the main communication station, and the inverter is the slave station to establish the connection.

The inverter is equipped with RS485 interface, which supports the MODBUS protocol, therefore, we only need to set up a MODBUS slave station in the touch screen.
